R-scripts and example data to calculate the effect size based on difference between medians and the 95% confidence intervals. The area data for three conditions is contained in a csv file: Area_in_um-GEFs.csv The R-script "Median-diffs-from-wide-data.R" calculates and visualizes the differences. It uses "geom_flat_violin.R" to display the distributions
