
This document serves as an update and detailed assessment of CORTEX²'s strategy and framework for Communication, Dissemination, Engagement and Exploitation. Theoriginal framework was outlined in CORTEX²'s Impact Master Plan (D6.1), focusing on detailing the corresponding strategies. Now, it's time to review the outreach activities undertaken in the project and evaluate their overall effectiveness.The document provides a thorough overview of the Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation timeline, tools, and methodology. It includes detailed descriptions of each action taken to:● Promote the project and its outcomes in public forums such as events, conferences, and webinars, whether as participants or hosts.● Disseminate project results accurately to target communities as well as the general public, ensuring CORTEX²'s achievements are understandable and accessible to nonexperts.● Maintain open, active, and engaging communication channels to keep target audiences and stakeholders informed about CORTEX²'s objectives, work plan, and day-to-day activities.● Develop and implement a methodology to reach CORTEX²'s exploitation objectives. The CORTEX² consortium considers this plan a living document, reflecting an open, ongoing dialogue with potential users and related networks during the project to be inclusive and ensure the best possible results.
