IL-17 is produced not only by CD4+ αβ T cells, but also CD8+ αβ T cells, NKT cells, and γδ T cells, plus some non-T cells. This study aims to investigate the role of IL-17-producing γδ T cells in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. The results of this study will provide new insights into the mechanisms of IL-17-producing γδ T cells and their potential therapeutic applications.
