This study investigated the effects of outerwear moisture transfer properties on thermoregulatory responses and clothing microclimate conditions during intermittent bicycle exercise in a bioclimatic chamber. The results showed that the moisture transfer properties of outerwear significantly affected the thermoregulatory responses and clothing microclimate conditions. The study provides valuable insights into the design of outerwear for optimal thermoregulation and comfort during exercise.
