TURNKEY RETROFIT aims at creating and replicating an “integrated home renovation service” in 3 EU countries (France, Spain, and a third country still to be defined). The developed service will be built as comprehensive and holistic home-owner-centric renovation journey: it will include the initial technical and social diagnosis, technical offer, contracting of works, structuring and provision of finance (e.g. loans or EPCs), as well as the monitoring of works and quality assurance. The TURNKEY RETROFIT service will be operational at the end of the project and an awareness and communication plan will support its replication and large-scale exploitation. The coordinator of the TURNKEY RETROFIT network is the French Scientific and Technical Center for Buildings (CSTB) which aims at improving quality and safety of buildings.
