    The problem that occurs in the production of sintered ore is the number of defective products. In this study it was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that cause the product to become broken, understanding the processes that most often appear following the elements and providing proposed improvements to improve product quality and reduce them using the method of failure mode and effect analysis and seven tools. Based on the results of the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the proportioning process with a score (252), Sintering with a score (168), Drum Mixing 2 with a score of 126, drum mixing 1 with a dozen (90), sintered cooling with a rating (45), and a sinter crusher with a score (18). The priority for repairs is the proportioning process.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi kinerja aktivitas bongkar muat petikemas di terminal JO. BUMIKALOG. Pada penelitian ini, metode simulasi diskrit digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk memodelkan sistem bongkar muat menggunakan cargo material handling berupa reach stacker. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, diketahui bahwa rata-rata waktu bongkar muat yang dibutuhkan pada sistem eksisting adalah 3,44 jam melebihi target bongkar muat yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan melakukan pengembangan skenario diusulkan penambahan 2 unit reach stacker guna mencapai target bongkar muat menjadi 2,47 jam serta tetap mempertimbang­kan utilitas reach stacker sebesar 85,65%.

    Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu-individu dalam organisasi telah menggugah para peneliti untuk mengetahui motif dibalik aktivitas tersebut. Perilaku ini merupakan suatu interaksi interpersonal dalam memberi dan menerima pengetahuan. Hal ini memiliki nilai strategis bagi organisasi, karena merupakan dasar untuk menciptakan inovasi. Salah satu motif dalam berbagi pengetahuan adalah dorongan dari dalam diri individu, atau disebut dengan motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu dalam organisasi. Meta-analysis dilakukan terhadap 23 studi mengenai motivasi intrinsik dan berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sedang antara motivasi intrinsik dengan aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan (Å™=0.3) dengan nilai varians populasi 0.158 dan standar deviasi (SD) 0.39, dengan dampak kesalahan pengambilan sampel 2.18%.

    Indonesian people's interest in stocks and mutual funds is still low compared to other investment instruments. This study aims to evaluate the performance of mutual funds in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Markov chain is used to assess the performance of each type of mutual fund because of its accuracy and suitability for data showing volatility. The results showed that all types of mutual funds experienced an increase with a probability of more than 50% in the long term. Money market mutual funds, both Islamic and conventional, have the highest probability of increasing by more than 90%. The first passage time can indicate how much price volatility is, wherein in this study, stock mutual funds and sharia stock mutual funds have high volatility. Before conducting further technical analysis, the Markov chain can be used to choose the type of mutual fund that is anticipated to increase.

    A company engaged in steel, in its production activities still experienced the highest quality loss with disability in the line of Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL) with a percentage of disability of 16%, quality that meets company standards of 80%. The purpose of this study is to determine the baseline performance, identify the causes of disability and propose corrective action plans. This study uses the Six Sigma method that goes through the stages of analysis, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve. The results of data processing, it can be seen that the process DPMO value in the Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL) line is 53,827,270 with a sigma level value of 3.11. From the identification of dominant CTQ, it can be seen that the CTQ that often occurs is a type of Soft Eyes. Therefore, for now, Soft Eyes is a priority for improvement. Based on the analysis of the causes of Soft Eyes using Failure Mode And Analysis (FMEA) obtained from the description of the process produces the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) that is in human factors of 504. Since human factors are the primary cause, the company supervises the operator when doing work, to prevent unwanted defects in the product.

    These companies often experience difficulties caused by unscheduled and planned projects, material delays and lack of workforce for project work. From the problems that occur, this study aims to find activities that are critical trajectories for initial conditions and acceleration based on the Critical Path Method, to determine the difference in processing time from the initial conditions to acceleration conditions and to know the project cost advantages that occur between the initial conditions and conditions acceleration. CPM is a network-based method that uses a balance of time and cost. Each activity can be completed faster than regular time by crossing movements for a certain amount of charges. The method is used to find out when each event will begin and when it will be completed, data retrieval and research conducted at PT. DIHI. The results of the study showed that critical activity in the initial condition was for 253 days. While the acceleration activities of the total acceleration 208 days with 17 activities entered the critical path, from the results of these calculations the costs obtained from this project for the initial conditions were Rp 1,683,505,000, and the acceleration conditions were Rp 1,734,910,000.

    The time needed to set up the production machine is 55 minutes. The high set-up time is caused by the non-differentiation of internal set-up and external set-up so that all set-up activities are carried out when the engine stops (internal set up). When viewed from the effectiveness of the company, the setup activities carried out at the time of the engine stop will significantly harm the company, which in turn will have an impact on the high bottleneck which results in delays in the production process in specific capacities. Research activities are carried out by direct measurement of die casting machines using a stopwatch. In this study, the authors conducted a study to apply the SMED method when setting up die casting machines at PT Mitsuba Indonesia. The SMED (Single Minute of Exchange Die) method as an approach is considered as one of the solutions used to reduce the setup time of the machine. From the results of the study, it was found that the set-up time was 35 minutes, or efficient by 64% on the set-up time before the repair.

    Produk kaca merupakan salah satu unsur yang cukup penting untuk memenuhi kebutuhan agen kaca dan aluminium di Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi adalah tingginya biaya distribusi produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah rute distribusi dan biaya pengiriman produk kaca 8mm di UKM Rajawali Kaca dan Aluminium sebagai perusahaan pendistribusi kaca di wilayah Bekasi dan Bogor. Produk kaca disimpan di gudang yang berada di 3 lokasi yaitu Jonggol, Jatiwarna dan Jakasampurna yang akan didistribusikan ke 5 agen utama. Pengiriman produk kaca menggunakan transportasi darat berupa mobil pick up. Ongkos kirim dihitung berdasarkan jumlah jarak dari gudang menuju agen menggunakan 3 model transportasi yaitu metode NWC, Least Cost, dan VAM. Hasil Perhitungan biaya distribusi dengan menggunakan metode NWC adalah Rp. 229.500, metode Least Cost sebesar Rp. 181.900, dan metode VAM sebesar Rp. 180.200. Hasil metode VAM dilakukan solusi akhir dengan menggunakan metode Stepping Stone yang menghasilkan biaya sebesar Rp. 180.200. Optimalisasi rute distribusi dengan menggunakan metode VAM dapat diaplikasikan pada perusahaan untuk meminimalisasi biaya distribusi.

    The problem that occurs in the production of sintered ore is the number of defective products. In this study it was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that cause the product to become broken, understanding the processes that most often appear following the elements and providing proposed improvements to improve product quality and reduce them using the method of failure mode and effect analysis and seven tools. Based on the results of the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the proportioning process with a score (252), Sintering with a score (168), Drum Mixing 2 with a score of 126, drum mixing 1 with a dozen (90), sintered cooling with a rating (45), and a sinter crusher with a score (18). The priority for repairs is the proportioning process.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi kinerja aktivitas bongkar muat petikemas di terminal JO. BUMIKALOG. Pada penelitian ini, metode simulasi diskrit digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk memodelkan sistem bongkar muat menggunakan cargo material handling berupa reach stacker. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, diketahui bahwa rata-rata waktu bongkar muat yang dibutuhkan pada sistem eksisting adalah 3,44 jam melebihi target bongkar muat yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan melakukan pengembangan skenario diusulkan penambahan 2 unit reach stacker guna mencapai target bongkar muat menjadi 2,47 jam serta tetap mempertimbang­kan utilitas reach stacker sebesar 85,65%.

    Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu-individu dalam organisasi telah menggugah para peneliti untuk mengetahui motif dibalik aktivitas tersebut. Perilaku ini merupakan suatu interaksi interpersonal dalam memberi dan menerima pengetahuan. Hal ini memiliki nilai strategis bagi organisasi, karena merupakan dasar untuk menciptakan inovasi. Salah satu motif dalam berbagi pengetahuan adalah dorongan dari dalam diri individu, atau disebut dengan motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu dalam organisasi. Meta-analysis dilakukan terhadap 23 studi mengenai motivasi intrinsik dan berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sedang antara motivasi intrinsik dengan aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan (Å™=0.3) dengan nilai varians populasi 0.158 dan standar deviasi (SD) 0.39, dengan dampak kesalahan pengambilan sampel 2.18%.

    Indonesian people's interest in stocks and mutual funds is still low compared to other investment instruments. This study aims to evaluate the performance of mutual funds in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Markov chain is used to assess the performance of each type of mutual fund because of its accuracy and suitability for data showing volatility. The results showed that all types of mutual funds experienced an increase with a probability of more than 50% in the long term. Money market mutual funds, both Islamic and conventional, have the highest probability of increasing by more than 90%. The first passage time can indicate how much price volatility is, wherein in this study, stock mutual funds and sharia stock mutual funds have high volatility. Before conducting further technical analysis, the Markov chain can be used to choose the type of mutual fund that is anticipated to increase.

    A company engaged in steel, in its production activities still experienced the highest quality loss with disability in the line of Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL) with a percentage of disability of 16%, quality that meets company standards of 80%. The purpose of this study is to determine the baseline performance, identify the causes of disability and propose corrective action plans. This study uses the Six Sigma method that goes through the stages of analysis, namely Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve. The results of data processing, it can be seen that the process DPMO value in the Electrolytic Cleaning Line (ECL) line is 53,827,270 with a sigma level value of 3.11. From the identification of dominant CTQ, it can be seen that the CTQ that often occurs is a type of Soft Eyes. Therefore, for now, Soft Eyes is a priority for improvement. Based on the analysis of the causes of Soft Eyes using Failure Mode And Analysis (FMEA) obtained from the description of the process produces the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) that is in human factors of 504.     These companies often experience difficulties caused by unscheduled and planned projects, material delays and lack of workforce for project work. From the problems that occur, this study aims to find activities that are critical trajectories for initial conditions and acceleration based on the Critical Path Method, to determine the difference in processing time from the initial conditions to acceleration conditions and to know the project cost advantages that occur between the initial conditions and conditions acceleration. CPM is a network-based method that uses a balance of time and cost. Each activity can be completed faster than regular time by crossing movements for a certain amount of charges. The method is used to find out when each event will begin and when it will be completed, data retrieval and research conducted at PT. DIHI. The results of the study showed that critical activity in the initial condition was for 253 days. While the acceleration activities of the total acceleration 208 days with 17 activities entered the critical path, from the results of these calculations the costs obtained from this project for the initial conditions were Rp 1,683,505,000, and the acceleration conditions were Rp 1,734,910,000.
