    Perkembangan dunia industri menuntut setiap perusahaan untuk selalu memperbaharui proses bisnisnya. Perbaharuan secara radikal dapat menggunakan pendekatan business process reengineering (BPR). BPR merupakan kerangka pendekatan inovasi proses bisnis. Tujuan akhir dari BPR adalah mendapatkan kinerja perusahaan yang ekselen di masa depan. Kinerja ekselen tersebut ditunjukkan oleh kriteria Malcom Baldridge. Untuk mencapai kinerja ekselen di masa depan maka diadopsi metode Balanced Scorecard. Peran strategis auditor internal dalam BPR adalah melakukan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan pada saat ini yaitu pada saat perusahaan sedang merancang perubahan proses bisnis, turut menerjemahkan kriteria malcom baldridge ke dalam kerangka strategis balanced scorecard dan mengukur secara kontinu kriteria tolok ukur balanced scorecard

    PT. XYZ bergerak di bidang industri baja yang menghasilkan berbagai produk baja seperti slab baja, billet baja, baja lembaran panas, baja lembaran dingin dan batang kawat. Dalam produksinya masih mengalami berbagai masalah di antaranya delay Melting Proses. Sehingga mengakibatkan terganggunya proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan melakukan rencana perbaikan penyebab delay Pengaturan % Carbon pada Melting Proses. Dan menentukan nilai probabilitas tertinggi dari delay Pengaturan % Carbon itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fish Bone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan 5W 1H. Pada analisis FTA menunjukan bahwa Visualisasi baja cair tidak akurat mempunyai nilai probabilitas tertinggi yaitu 0.2602 dan probabilitas kecacatan pengaturan % carbon (sebagai puncak kegagalan) yaitu -3.0813. Berdasarkan analisis FTA ini dapat ditentukan prioritas rencana tindakan perbaikan untuk melaksanakan perbaikan berdasarkan nilai probabilitas dari jenis dan penyebab kecacatan. Rencana perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W 1H yaitu diantaranya merevitalisasi mesin injeksi oksigen dan melakukan training melting proses.

    The problem that occurs in the production of sintered ore is the number of defective products. In this study it was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that cause the product to become broken, understanding the processes that most often appear following the elements and providing proposed improvements to improve product quality and reduce them using the method of failure mode and effect analysis and seven tools. Based on the results of the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the proportioning process with a score (252), Sintering with a score (168), Drum Mixing 2 with a score of 126, drum mixing 1 with a dozen (90), sintered cooling with a rating (45), and a sinter crusher with a score (18). The priority for repairs is the proportioning process.

    Studi ini mendeskripsikan pengukuran kualitas pengelasan pada pembuatan blast furnace shell. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode non destruktif menggunakan alat ultrasonic test. Tujuan dari pengukuran ini adalah untuk meminimalisir cacat pengelasan dengan melakukan intervensi pada proses pengelasan. Pengukuran awal dilakukan pada 178 join pengelasan FCAW (Flux Cored Arch Welding) pada pembuatan blast furnace shell. Hasil pengukuran awal ini menunjukkan 158 join (89%) memperlihatkan hasil pengelasan yang baik dan 20 join (11%) memerlukan perbaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kondisi lingkungan pengelasan dalam upaya meminimalisir cacat pengelasan yang terjadi pada pembuatan blast furnace shell. Intervensi dilakukan dengan penggunaan pelindung diseputar blast furnace shell untuk mengurangi angin yang menerpa pada saat proses pengelasan. Pengukuran selanjutnya dari 178 join menghasilkan 165 join yang baik (93%) dan 13 join perlu repair (7%). Cacat yang teridentifikasi yaitu undercut, porosity, slag dan include fusion dan crack (retak) yang berlebihan, sehingga hasil pengelasan tersebut dinyatakan repair. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pengelasan dapat diperbaiki dengan memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan tempat pekerjaan dilakukan, dalam hal ini kecepatan angin. Dalam hal ini terjadi penurunan cacat las dari 11% menjadi 7%. Namun demikian hasil ini belum mencapai target cacat las yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 5%. Untuk mencapai target tersebut perlu intervensi pada aspek lainnya seperti prosedur standar pengerjaan dan ispeksi material.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi kinerja aktivitas bongkar muat petikemas di terminal JO. BUMIKALOG. Pada penelitian ini, metode simulasi diskrit digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk memodelkan sistem bongkar muat menggunakan cargo material handling berupa reach stacker. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, diketahui bahwa rata-rata waktu bongkar muat yang dibutuhkan pada sistem eksisting adalah 3,44 jam melebihi target bongkar muat yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan melakukan pengembangan skenario diusulkan penambahan 2 unit reach stacker guna mencapai target bongkar muat menjadi 2,47 jam serta tetap mempertimbang­kan utilitas reach stacker sebesar 85,65%.

    Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu-individu dalam organisasi telah menggugah para peneliti untuk mengetahui motif dibalik aktivitas tersebut. Perilaku ini merupakan suatu interaksi interpersonal dalam memberi dan menerima pengetahuan. Hal ini memiliki nilai strategis bagi organisasi, karena merupakan dasar untuk menciptakan inovasi. Salah satu motif dalam berbagi pengetahuan adalah dorongan dari dalam diri individu, atau disebut dengan motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu dalam organisasi. Meta-analysis dilakukan terhadap 23 studi mengenai motivasi intrinsik dan berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sedang antara motivasi intrinsik dengan aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan (ř=0.3) dengan nilai varians populasi 0.158 dan standar deviasi (SD) 0.39, dengan dampak kesalahan pengambilan sampel 2.18%.

    Indonesian people's interest in stocks and mutual funds is still low compared to other investment instruments. This study aims to evaluate the performance of mutual funds in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Markov chain is used to assess the performance of each type of mutual fund because of its accuracy and suitability for data showing volatility. The results showed that all types of mutual funds experienced an increase with a probability of more than 50% in the long term. Money market mutual funds, both Islamic and conventional, have the highest probability of increasing by more than 90%. The first passage time can indicate how much price volatility is, wherein in this study, stock mutual funds and sharia stock mutual funds have high volatility. Before conducting further technical analysis, the Markov chain can be used to choose the type of mutual fund that is anticipated to increase.

    The raw material used by this company is the result of refining petroleum in the form of naphtha and crude c4. In this discussion, there was often a buildup of ships in the Anchorage area before leaning on the Jetty because there was no ready storage of raw materials to receive cargo. To overcome the problem in inventory naphtha, it uses the exponential smoothing method by finding the smallest MAD. And to overcome the difficulty in C4 crude using the reorder point method to determine the existing safety stock. Based on the results of calculations using the exponential smoothing method, the smallest MAD is obtained which is 5099.66 with a value of α 0.9. And with the estimate of safety stock for naphtha tanks that is equal to 11898.5 tons with a safety factor of 95%. The results of the reorder point calculation on Crude C4 obtained a safety stock of 1959 Tons with ROP (Reorder Point) of 3959 Tons which means that when supplies have reached ROP, it is recommended to send the Crude C4 product to the shipment so that excessive production does not accumulate in the tank.

    PT. XYZ bergerak di bidang industri baja yang menghasilkan berbagai produk baja seperti slab baja, billet baja, baja lembaran panas, baja lembaran dingin dan batang kawat. Dalam produksinya masih mengalami berbagai masalah di antaranya delay Melting Proses. Sehingga mengakibatkan terganggunya proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan melakukan rencana perbaikan penyebab delay Pengaturan % Carbon pada Melting Proses. Dan menentukan nilai probabilitas tertinggi dari delay Pengaturan % Carbon itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fish Bone Diagram, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) dan 5W 1H. Pada analisis FTA menunjukan bahwa Visualisasi baja cair tidak akurat mempunyai nilai probabilitas tertinggi yaitu 0.2602 dan probabilitas kecacatan pengaturan % carbon (sebagai puncak kegagalan) yaitu -3.0813. Berdasarkan analisis FTA ini dapat ditentukan prioritas rencana tindakan perbaikan untuk melaksanakan perbaikan berdasarkan nilai probabilitas dari jenis dan penyebab kecacatan. Rencana perbaikan menggunakan metode 5W 1H yaitu diantaranya merevitalisasi mesin injeksi oksigen dan melakukan training melting proses.

    The problem that occurs in the production of sintered ore is the number of defective products. In this study it was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that cause the product to become broken, understanding the processes that most often appear following the elements and providing proposed improvements to improve product quality and reduce them using the method of failure mode and effect analysis and seven tools. Based on the results of the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) is the proportioning process with a score (252), Sintering with a score (168), Drum Mixing 2 with a score of 126, drum mixing 1 with a dozen (90), sintered cooling with a rating (45), and a sinter crusher with a score (18). The priority for repairs is the proportioning process.

    Studi ini mendeskripsikan pengukuran kualitas pengelasan pada pembuatan blast furnace shell. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan metode non destruktif menggunakan alat ultrasonic test. Tujuan dari pengukuran ini adalah untuk meminimalisir cacat pengelasan dengan melakukan intervensi pada proses pengelasan. Pengukuran awal dilakukan pada 178 join pengelasan FCAW (Flux Cored Arch Welding) pada pembuatan blast furnace shell. Hasil pengukuran awal ini menunjukkan 158 join (89%) memperlihatkan hasil pengelasan yang baik dan 20 join (11%) memerlukan perbaikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kondisi lingkungan pengelasan dalam upaya meminimalisir cacat pengelasan yang terjadi pada pembuatan blast furnace shell. Intervensi dilakukan dengan penggunaan pelindung diseputar blast furnace shell untuk mengurangi angin yang menerpa pada saat proses pengelasan. Pengukuran selanjutnya dari 178 join menghasilkan 165 join yang baik (93%) dan 13 join perlu repair (7%). Cacat yang teridentifikasi yaitu undercut, porosity, slag dan include fusion dan crack (retak) yang berlebihan, sehingga hasil pengelasan tersebut dinyatakan repair. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pengelasan dapat diperbaiki dengan memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan tempat pekerjaan dilakukan, dalam hal ini kecepatan angin. Dalam hal ini terjadi penurunan cacat las dari 11% menjadi 7%. Namun demikian hasil ini belum mencapai target cacat las yang telah ditetapkan yaitu 5%. Untuk mencapai target tersebut perlu intervensi pada aspek lainnya seperti prosedur standar pengerjaan dan ispeksi material.

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi kinerja aktivitas bongkar muat petikemas di terminal JO. BUMIKALOG. Pada penelitian ini, metode simulasi diskrit digunakan sebagai pendekatan untuk memodelkan sistem bongkar muat menggunakan cargo material handling berupa reach stacker. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, diketahui bahwa rata-rata waktu bongkar muat yang dibutuhkan pada sistem eksisting adalah 3,44 jam melebihi target bongkar muat yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan melakukan pengembangan skenario diusulkan penambahan 2 unit reach stacker guna mencapai target bongkar muat menjadi 2,47 jam serta tetap mempertimbang­kan utilitas reach stacker sebesar 85,65%.

    Perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu-individu dalam organisasi telah menggugah para peneliti untuk mengetahui motif dibalik aktivitas tersebut. Perilaku ini merupakan suatu interaksi interpersonal dalam memberi dan menerima pengetahuan. Hal ini memiliki nilai strategis bagi organisasi, karena merupakan dasar untuk menciptakan inovasi. Salah satu motif dalam berbagi pengetahuan adalah dorongan dari dalam diri individu, atau disebut dengan motivasi intrinsik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi intrinsik dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diantara individu dalam organisasi. Meta-analysis dilakukan terhadap 23 studi mengenai motivasi intrinsik dan berbagi pengetahuan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang sedang antara motivasi intrinsik dengan aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan (ř=0.3) dengan nilai varians populasi 0.158 dan standar deviasi (SD) 0.39, dengan dampak kesalahan pengambilan sampel 2.18%.

    Indonesian people's interest in stocks and mutual funds is still low compared to other investment instruments. This study aims to evaluate the performance of mutual funds in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Markov chain is used to assess the performance of each type of mutual fund because of its accuracy and suitability for data showing volatility. The results showed that all types of mutual funds experienced an increase with a probability of more than 50% in the long term. Money market mutual funds, both Islamic and conventional, have the highest probability of increasing by more than 90%. The first passage time can indicate how much price volatility is, wherein in this study, stock mutual funds and sharia stock mutual funds have high volatility. Before conducting further technical analysis, the Markov chain can be used to choose the type of mutual fund that is anticipated to increase.

    The raw material used by this company is the result of refining petroleum in the form of naphtha and crude c4. In this discussion, there was often a buildup of ships in the Anchorage area before leaning on the Jetty because there was no ready storage of raw materials to receive cargo. To overcome the problem in inventory naphtha, it uses the exponential smoothing method by finding the smallest MAD. And to overcome the difficulty in C4 crude using the reorder point method to determine the existing safety stock. Based on the results of calculations using the exponential smoothing method, the smallest MAD is obtained which is 5099.66 with a value of α 0.9. And with the estimate of safety stock for naphtha tanks that is equal to 11898.5 tons with a safety factor of 95%. The results of the reorder point calculation on Crude C4 obtained a safety stock of 1959 Tons with ROP (Reorder Point) of 3959 Tons which means that when supplies have reached ROP, it is recommended to send the Crude C4 product to the shipment so that excessive production does not accumulate in the tank.
