This paper seeks to analyze whether the treatment for inmates under the Revitalization of Correctional Implementation policy is in accordance with a human rights perspective. This research aims to provide information regarding the Correctional process and contribute to the study of Correctional Sciences. It is expected that readers to recognize the role of Corrections. The method used in this research is qualitative with normative and conceptual approaches. This study reveals that the treatment of inmates under the Revitalization of Correctional Implementation policy is in line with a human rights perspective. Revitalization of Correctional Implementation that emphasizes attitudes and behavioural change of inmates by arranging the placement test to optimize the process within the Correctional Institutions, is held with respect to human rights. 

This study discusses the implementation of the Retribution areas of health service in the UPTD Health Center Puspo. The objectives of this study are: 1). To find out the implementation process of Retribution Area of health service in UPTD Health Puspo. 2). To know the factors that influence in its implementation. The method used in this research is qualitative method. With qualitative methods we can describe the regional levy for health services and the factors that influence the implementation of the levy. The results of the study showed that the implementation of regional levy has not been effective. Efforts that need to be made by local governments in order to effectively implement. The effectiveness of service levy in Puskesmas Puspo must be done according to the applicable rules.

This study aims to determine the quality of public services in the field of population administration in Tambaksari Village. This study uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study were measured based on the quality of services in Tambaksari Village. It can be seen by several factors that influence it.The results showed that the quality of public services carried out in population administration services in Tambaksari Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency has not been implemented optimally, due to the lack of supporting facilities and other resources in the service process in the field of population administration

Public service is the State's effort to fulfill the basic needs of every citizen's civil rights for goods, services or services. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service for making family cards in Purwosari sub-district. promise and on time, responsive or alertness of officers in helping to serve and handle community complaints in obtaining information. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis methods with primary data collection techniques carried out by interviewing by asking questions from the community service users in the sub-district purwosari, with the help of data obtained by literature study and field observations

Public policy in managing natural disasters in Indonesia has not yet optimal. Nonetheless, there emerge programs to deal with natural disasters as the case of the 2010 Mount Merapi eruption. The government relocated the survivors using the Rekompak (Community-Based Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Society and Settlement) program. Researcher employs interpretative approaches to understanding the reality which experienced by local inhabitants. Rekompak finished in 2014 at Pagerjurang, but this study uncover the side of the survivors who have moved to the new residential area. As the final statement, this study presents that moving residents' residences is not only a matter of physical displacement, but other conditions might hinder the resilience of local inhabitants such as changes in economic and socio-cultural conditions.

This paper aims to find out the Development of Human Resources Capacity in Public Service at the Pasuruan District Labor Office. The research method using qualitative approach is done scientifically, more descriptive, emphasizing the process rather than the public about improving the human resources of pasuruan community by the Pasuruan District Labor Office. The results showed that the Pasuruan District Employment Office implemented an increase in human resources developed according to the theory of capacity building in minimizing the unemployment rate, and as an effort to improve human resources precisely in the field of placement and expansion of labor (PENTA). The motivation, disciplinary and training is very influential to human resources and minimize the unemployment rate in Pasuruan Regency.

In 2018, Canada decided to ratify one of the Free Trade Agreement in AsiaPacific Region, it was the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-PacificPartnership (CPTPP). This study aims to analyse Canadian policy to join in the CPTPP useNeoliberalism approach by Balaam & Veseth (2005) to see the benefits gained from the freetrade agreement. As well as the national interest concept from Nuechterlein (1976) toanalyse the interests of Canada in ratified CPTPP in 2018. This research method usesqualitative descriptive, where data was collected through interviews and documentation.The results of this study conclude that the policy to ratified the agreement based oneconomic interests where Canada can diversify export markets, achieve tariff eliminationand market expansion.

The study of the relations of cultural elements, namely multiculturalism and politics, is still relatively developed. Because, the study is vulnerable to conflict, especially when faced with the word majority and minority in the realm of political institutions. As a country with a pluralistic background inhabited by various ethnicities, racial religions and Indonesian culture, certainly requires an in-depth study of the fulfilment of minority rights in the political institutions. This paper is a simple theoretical study of a combination of multiculturalism and institutionalism approaches to explain the prospects of minority involvement in formulating public policies and political institutions that must be present in accommodating the political rights of minority groups. The conclusions in this article are, the power of multiculturalism in political institutions is as follows: (1) multicultural countries must be able to provide lessons for the whole world about the meaning of diversity; (2) the institution becomes a bridge in absorbing all the aspirations of the people and carrying out the law and applying the law indiscriminately; (3) multiculturalism is actually not enough to discuss minority rights in political institutions but conflicts with grassroots sources; (4) the strength of multiculturalism in political institutions is how this study works in maintaining the harmony of the nation and state.
