Orden para permitir las levas irlandesas en Inglaterra para servir en el ejército de Flandes o en armadas

Abstract

Copia de cédula real a Juan de Necolalde en relación con la solicitud de Diego Haçoed, que gastó toda su hacienda en juntar 200 soldados y fletar un navío con bastimentos para conducirlos a Flandes. Las justicias inglesas le impidieron embarcar, dado que ningún irlandés puede salir de la patria sin licencia de su rey, por lo que suplica dicha licencia para que saque de ese reino toda la gente que pudiere para Flandes o armadas. Felipe IV ordena a Juan de Necolalde, secretario y residente en Inglaterra, hacer los oficios convenientes y necesarios con ese rey y con sus ministros para que permitan sacar gente.
