Abstract

Consulta del Consejo de Estado a Felipe IV sobre el memorial remitido por Malachías Conaldo, sacerdote irlandés, en el que refiere que don Daniel Suyni y otros entretenidos irlandeses del reino de Galicia deudos suyos le hicieron donación de 200 escudos de a 10 reales de los alcances de sus sueldos. Ahora ha acabado sus estudios y desea ir a su patria, pero se le deben estos 200 ducados. Suplica se mande por la Secretaría de Estado de la parte de Flandes se le libren y paguen en parte efectiva para que con ellos pueda vestir de seglar, ornamentos, libros y hacer su viaje. Al Consejo parece obra pía y el suplicante persona virtuosa, por lo que se le podrían pagar por limosna los 200 ducados que se le deben, remirtiéndolo al Presidente de Hacienda. Respuesta del rey: "Así"
