Sobre la pensión eclesiástica que don Antonio Odriscol tiene situada en Italia

Abstract

Consulta del Consejo de Estado a Felipe IV sobre el memorial remitido por don Antonio Odriscol en el que refiere que el rey le hizo merced de 200 ducados de pensión eclesiástica en Italia, los cuales no se le han situado en cuatro años que hace que se le hizo la dicha merced, por lo que suplica se lleva a cabo este efecto. El Consejo vota sobre este particular; el conde de Oñate, el marqués de Gelves y don Gonzalo de Córdoba estiman que la pensión se le podría situar en una parte o en otra donde con efecto lo pueda cobrar y valerse de ella desde luego. El conde de Castrillo opina que se le sitúe donde la tiene. Respuesta del rey: "Como parece al de Castrillo".
