Abstract

Consulta del Consejo de Estado a Felipe IV sobre el memorial remitido por Roberto Abercronio, escocés, desterrado de su patria y de toda Bretaña tras larga prisión con pérdida de honra y hacienda por acudir al servicio del rey, en consideración de lo cual pide licencia para traer a España 20.000 ducados de mercadurías de contrabando pagando los derechos con que podrá salir de esta corte. El Consejo propone darle 100 ducados de limosna por una vez y que lo que pide se excuse. Respuesta del rey: "Así·
