Abstract

Consulta de Luis Ramírez, del Colegio Irlandés de Sevilla, al Patriarca de Indias, proponiéndole los dos colegiales que podrían elegirse ese año en dicha institución para ir a la Misión de Irlanda: el licenciado Dionisio Harty y el licenciado Florencio Mahun. Consulta del padre Ricardo Conveo, de la Compañía de Jesús, Procurador de la Misión y Seminarios de Irlanda, al Patriarca de Indias, indicando que Felipe III tiene señalado por su Consejo de Estado que se provean de viáticos tres colegiales sacerdotes cada año de los seminarios que hay, dando a cada uno 100 ducados. En virtud de ello, para el año 1625 se proponen a los licenciados Dionisio Harty y Florencio Mahun (del Colegio de Sevilla), a Juan Cornelio y Dionisio Colgano (del de Salamanca) y a Daniel Hurleo (del de Lisboa). Por causa de la dilación en el pago de los viáticos, Conveo suplica al Patriarca se sirva de mandar que los viáticos de 1625 y los de en adelante se despachen en la Casa de la Contratación de Sevilla en la forma que se paga a los ingleses del Seminario de Sevilla.
