Replication data for Silk Fibroin Functionalized ISFETs with ionophore for Long-Term Cl- Monitoring of Cell Cultures

Abstract

This work was funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation, MICINN− State Research Agency −AEI− (PID2021-127653NB-C21), the MICINN FPI program (PRE2019−088338) and European Commission ERDF/FEDER Operational Programme of Murcia (2021-2027); Project No. 50463. Project name: Integración de biosensores, matrices de microelectrodos 3D y circuitos fotónicos con tecnología compatible CMOS Project number: PID2021-127653NB-C1

Raw data obtained with Cl- sensors design, optimization and characterization. This sensor aim is monitoring Cl- in high biofouling samples, as in cell culture media.
