Abstract

This dataset contains all raw LC-MS data and LC-MS/MS data from zebrafish embryos exposed to 4-(Methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) used in the paper Toxicity of 4-(Methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NKK) in early development: a wide-scope metabolomics assay in zebrafish embryos, as well as the RMarkdown used to generate the results and base figures.
