Electron-density map (2mFo-DFc map contoured at 1.0 σ) of the AliD structure at a resolution of 1.8 Å in the open conformation [Dataset]

Abstract

The protein structure is depicted in blue capped sticks. A Mg2+ atom, contributing to crystal packing, is represented as a green sphere. The lower panel provides a detailed view of the boxed area in the upper panel, highlighting electron densities at 1.8 Å resolution.
