Annotation data for the reference genome assembly of the Emirai Leaf-toed Gecko (Asaccus caudivolvulus, specimen code S7866). The genome assembly and the raw data including long read Oxford Nanopore sequencing (sequenced through Org.One project), short read Illumina sequencing and OmniC data can be accessed in NCBI under bioproject code PRJNA1043593. The data provided herein is associated to Biosample SAMN39327732.
