Data set for "Optimal wave reflection as mechanism for seagrass self-organization"

Abstract

Full data set used for the following manuscript: Optimal wave reflection as mechanism for seagrass self-organization by R.C. van de Vijsel, E. Hernández-García, A. Orfila, D. Gomila, to appear in Scientific Reports (2023). The data set contains all the necessary codes and simulation and raw data to reproduce the results discussed in the associated manuscript. Folder "Figure scripts" contains the Matlab codes and associate raw data to generates all the figures of the manuscript. Folder "v28" contains the Matlab scripts that calculate uniform basic state for a given set of model parameters and numerically time-integrate the perturbation equations. It also contains all simulation results and figures, generated with the above Matlab scripts. Folders "v33" to "v39" contain variations of the codes in "v28".

All methodological information is in the paper "Optimal wave reflection as mechanism for seagrass self-organization" by Roeland C. van de Vijsel, Emilio Hernández-García, Alejandro Orfila, Damià Gomila to appear in Scientific Reports.

Whenever you use any part of the data (scripts, figures, raw and processed data) described in this README-file, please make sure to correctly refer to this dataset, the manuscript described above and its authors.
