Ecobarómetro de opinión pública de Andalucía 2013

Abstract

[EN] The objective of Andalusian Ecobarómetro (EBA) is to measure the attitudes, knowledge and behavior of Andalusians people with respect to various environmental questions through a survey of the Andalusian population over 18 years of age, from which a system of indicators is elaborated. The dataset is a product of the Red de Información Ambiental de Andalucía (REDIAM) and corresponds to the survey carried out during the months of June and July 2013. In order to incorporate more keys to improve the interpretation of how the citizens configure their environmental concerns, the 2013 edition has included in the sample design a new stratification variable resulting from the work on the Ecological Regionalization of Andalucía. With its publication, the EBA present its 12th edition, reflecting an extensive trajectory that has made it possible to show the complexity and consistency of the different ways in which the Andalusian population approaches issues related to the environment. Also, the dissemination of the results and their strong impact on various circles of opinion (Scientific community, ecological movement, public administration, communication media...) has made it possible to verify the interest for our autonomous community to have an instrument of analysis such as that provided by EBA.
