Mikrofotografie sinice Trichormus

Abstract

Micrographs of the cyanobacterium Trichormus in a light and fluorescence microscope to determine the physiological state of the cells during the transition from laboratory conditions to pilot outdoor cultivation of this strain in a larger volume (20L). Photographed on an Olympus BX51 microscope.
