Seznam dochovaných rukopisů v knihovnách rudolfinské doby.

Abstract

The list contains data on preserved manuscripts from eight significant libraries that existed in the Czech lands at the end of the sixteenth century and the beginning of the seventeenth century. The metadata include records of 789 manuscripts gathered from the now-dispersed libraries of Rudolf II, Vilém and Petr Vok of Rožmberk, Adam of Dietrichstein, Ferdinand Hoffmann of Grünbüchl and Strechau, Antonín Brus of Mohelnice, Jiří Barthold Pontanus of Breitenberkg, and Jakob Konrad Praetorius of Perlenberg. These manuscripts are currently held in over 30 institutions worldwide. The data are available in Excel format and JSON include the following structured fields: manuscript owner, serial number, current location with shelfmark, place of origin, date of creation, author, title, and language of the manuscript. This dataset represents a critical source of information on the provenance, content, and current location of manuscripts, contributing to the reconstruction of historical library collections and a deeper understanding of the cultural heritage of the Rudolfine era.

Seznam obsahuje data o dochovaných rukopisech z osmi významných knihoven, které existovaly v českých zemích na konci šestnáctého století a začátku století sedmnáctého. Metadata zahrnují záznamy o 789 rukopisech, shromážděných z dnes rozptýlených knihoven Rudolfa II., Viléma a Petra Voka z Rožmberka, Adama z Dietrichsteina, Ferdinanda Hoffmanna z Grünbüchlu a Strechau, Antonína Brusa z Mohelnice, Jiřího Bartholda Pontana z Breitenberka a Jakuba Konráda Praetoria z Perlenberku. Tento soubor představuje zásadní zdroj informací o původu, obsahu a současném umístění rukopisů, přispívající k rekonstrukci historických knihovních fondů a k hlubšímu pochopení kulturního dědictví rudolfinské éry.
