Accompanying manuscript preprint can be found here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.02.20.529283v1 Subfolders indicate data type(s) Rat fMRI data is organized by stimulation region and contains subfolders for raw data and processed data; group templates and ROI masks are provided in a separate folder. Electrophysiology and voltammetry data have been processed and converted from proprietary data formats to columnar formats. Photometry data have been minimally processed to correct for channel cross-talk and extract hemodynamic signal components. Pharmacological fMRI data are presented as subject-level response maps and clusters, ROI masks, time course data, and extracted time course peaks. Rat histological cell counting and mouse bright field vessel imaging data are included in manually processed (i.e., scored) format. Human fMRI data is shared as preprocessed subject-level 3d+t scans and processed group-level z-score response maps.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
