Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) are the source of multipotent stem cells important for regenerative medicine and diagnostic purposes. The isolation of human BMSCs from the bone marrow (BM) cavity using BM aspiration applies the method with collection into tubes containing anticoagulants. Interaction with anticoagulants may affect stem cells characteristics and composition of isolated BMSCs in the culture. Thus, we investigated how anticoagulants in BMSC isolation procedure affect their cellular and molecular characteristics. The dataset provides anonymized raw data of RNA seq of human BMSCs.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
