Datasets of COVID-19 related Altmetric mentions in Spanish speaking countries

This data pertains: 1) Altmetric data of COVID-19 related scientific research among Spanish-speaking regions during the period of December 2019 to April 2020, including revised countries, affiliations of the authors, and accessibility level of each resource. 2) Open data from Twitter outlets among Spanish-speaking regions during the same period, including a classification scheme.
