Matlab files for Human Connectome Project - Early Psychosis (HCPEP) and COBRE in AAL116 parcellation. HCPEP files contain data for 4 runs of resting-state fMRI for healthy controls and non-affective psychosis groups. COBRE files contain data for 1 run of resting-state fMRI for healthy controls and established schizophrenia groups.
