These are the longitudinal germination data for my paper "In Dormant Red Rice Seeds, the Inhibition of Early Seedling Growth, but Not of Germination, Requires Extracellular ABA" published on Plants (MDPI). The first five columns (treatment, trt; experiment start date, exp; day of observation, day; replicate number, rep; number of seeds in each replicate, n) are the factor variables and the last three columns (pericarp splitting, ps; first growth stage S1, fgs; difference between ps and fgs, diff) are the response variables. The response variables are cumulative counts of binomial events (for example, cumulative number of germinated seeds).

Data in red were added after the replicate plate was discharged (as all the seeds had attained early seedling growth) to complete the data for a given treatment (till all the seeds used for that treatment attained early seedling growth).
