msr2020_new_pullreq_public

This is the dataset with public access for MSR 2020 data showcase paper "On the Shoulders of Giants: A New Dataset for Pull-based Development Research" , where both the pull request id on Github and GHTorrent are deleted. The reason to do this is because there are some person related factors in the dataset (country, affiliation, personality and etc). By deleting the pull request id, users cannot get the personal information. Please use the latest version and only use it for research.
