Abstract

atpref.star contains the coordinates of atp synthase from expert annotations. matchingatps261.star contains the coordinates of atp synthase from template matching picks. matchingatps261filt.star contains the coordinates of atp synthase after first round of filtering. atps1003d.star contains the coordinates of the atp synthase from the 100 selected tomograms. ribotm.star contains the coordinates of 80S ribsomes identified by template matching. matching80s.star contains the coordinates of 80S ribosomes filtered by OPUS-ET. matching_deep.star contains the coordinates of 80S ribosomes curated in DeePiCt. ribodrgn_particles.star contains the coordinates of 80S ribosomes filtered by tomoDRGN. fastm.star contains the coordinates of FAS picked by template matching. matchingfas.star ontains the coordinates of FAS filtered by OPUS-ET. fasdrgn_particles.star contains the coordinates of FAS filtered by tomoDRGN. matchingfas_deepict.star contains the coordinates of FAS curated by DeePiCt. Please note that the handness of maps are inverted relative to their ground-truth, which is due to the different convention of tilt angles used in WARP in comparison to IMOD, i.e., the tilt series were imported into WARP using their given tilt angles in IMOD's convention, leading the inversion of handness. All coordinates are defined using the deposited alignment parameters. All folders end with _pert* store the perturbation tests for corresponding species. All folders containing "filter" store the results for hetereogneity analysis on M-refined subtomograms for corresponding species. masks contains the masks and rigid body definitions. OPUS-ET-latent-analysis contains the entanglement evaluation between dual latent spaces.
