This is the data folder for the Soltis Lab Botany 2026 workshop, "Using Digitized Herbarium Data in Research: Applications for Exploration, Taxonomy, and Ecology". This is the data needed to run through the workshop found on github under soltislab/BotanyENMWorkshops for the 2026 workshop. First, please clone the github repositiory. Once cloned, navigate to `Botany2026/` and open the .Rproj object. Then you have two options: Run 01_Setup.R, which will automatically download this dataset. Download this folder and place it into the `BotanyENMWorkshops/Botany2026/` directory. You must unzip the folder to access the data! Once unziped, this folder will include 8 directories: `01_download/`, `02_cleaning/`, `03_georeferencing/`, `04_climate_processing/`, `05_ENMs/`, `06_ENM_processing/`, `08_phylodiversity_phyloendemism`, and `setup/`.
