Abstract

Description This dataset includes the output of the coupled BENOPTex-model to GENeSYS-MOD for Man0EUvRE's casestudy 5: Exploring the role of the bioeconomy in the German energy system. The European Energy Vision 2060 (EU EnVis-2060) scenarios were used in the coupling process and results for all 4 scenarios are provided in the data file. Funding Results were developed in Case Study 5 (CS5) of the Man0EUvRE project (100695543), which is co-financed by means of taxation based on the budget adopted by the representatives of the Landtag of Saxony. ‘Man0EUvRE – Energy System Modelling for Transition to a net-Zero 2050 for EU via REPowerEU’ is funded by CETPartnership, Germany, the European Partnership under Joint Call 2022 for research proposals, co-funded by the European Commission (GA N°101069750).
