Abstract

Dental implantatsiyaning uzoq muddatli muvaffaqiyati alveolyar suyak hajmi va sifatiga bevosita bog‘liq. Tishlarning yo‘qotilishi, travmatik shikastlanishlar, yallig‘lanish kasalliklari va fiziologik rezorbsiya natijasida alveolyar o‘siq atrofiyasi yuzaga kelib, implantatsiya o‘tkazishni murakkablashtiradi. Zamonaviy implantologiyada bunday holatlarni davolashda yo‘naltirilgan suyak regeneratsiyasi (Guided Bone Regeneration – GBR) usullari keng qo‘llanilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada Q-Oss+ sintetik osteoplastik biomaterialining fizik-kimyoviy xususiyatlari, osteokonduktiv salohiyati hamda alveolyar suyak rekonstruksiyasidagi klinik ahamiyati bo‘yicha adabiyotlar tahlili keltirilgan. Shuningdek, biomaterialni autogen suyak va rezorbsiyalanuvchi CollaGuide membranasi bilan birgalikda qo‘llashning afzalliklari yoritilgan. Tahlillar natijasida sintetik osteoplastik materiallar autogen suyak transplantatsiyasiga munosib alternativ bo‘lib, donor soha bilan bog‘liq asoratlarni kamaytirishi, suyak regeneratsiyasini rag‘batlantirishi va implantatsiya uchun yetarli suyak hajmini shakllantirishi aniqlandi. Q-Oss+ biomateriali alveolyar suyak nuqsonlarini rekonstruksiya qilishda istiqbolli materiallardan biri hisoblanadi.
