Our study is based on clinical material from patients with castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) treated at the Oncology Department of RIOVARIATM and the Oncology Department of the Tashkent branch of RIOVARIATM from 2008 to 2022. The medical history, outpatient charts, and questionnaires of 112 patients with T2-4N1M0 castration-resistant prostate cancer, who formed the main group, were analyzed. To compare diagnostic and prognostic programs (control group), the medical history and outpatient charts of 30 patients with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (PCa) were analyzed. The mean age of the patients was 62.3±5.9 years. All patients underwent ultrasound examination. Despite the high efficiency of this method, TruTT was mainly used for prostate tumor biopsy. The immediate results of the systemic therapy administered were closely related to the long-term results of treatment, and when the immediate results of treatment were studied, complete response was observed in 49.4%, partial response in 27.1%, stabilization in 16.5%, and tumor progression in 7.0%.
