ATEROSKLEROZDA QON TOMIR DEVORINING GISTOLOGIK O'ZGARISHLARI

Abstract

Ateroskleroz — yurak-qon tomir tizimining surunkali va progressiv kechuvchi kasalliklaridan biri bo‘lib, u asosan elastik va mushak-elastik tipdagi arteriyalar devorida lipidlar almashinuvi buzilishi natijasida yuzaga keladigan morfologik o‘zgarishlar bilan tavsiflanadi. Mazkur maqolada ateroskleroz jarayonida qon tomir devorining gistologik o‘zgarishlari, xususan endoteliyning shikastlanishi, intimada lipid infiltratsiyasi, makrofag va ko‘pik hujayralarning hosil bo‘lishi, silliq mushak hujayralari proliferatsiyasi hamda fibroz blyashkalarning shakllanish bosqichlari ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, aterosklerotik jarayonning patogenezida yallig‘lanish mediatorlari, oksidlovchi stress va endotelial disfunksiyaning o‘rni keng yoritildi. Tadqiqot davomida qon tomir devoridagi strukturaviy o‘zgarishlarning kasallikning klinik kechishi va asoratlari bilan uzviy bog‘liqligi ko‘rsatib berildi. Ayniqsa, aterosklerotik blyashkaning destabilizatsiyasi natijasida tromboz, ishemiya va infarkt kabi og‘ir asoratlarning rivojlanish mexanizmlariga alohida e’tibor qaratildi. Maqola natijalari aterosklerozning gistopatologik asoslarini chuqur anglash, kasallikni erta diagnostika qilish hamda zamonaviy profilaktik va terapevtik yondashuvlarni takomillashtirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
