Abstract

This dataset contains the raw numerical data (in CSV format) used to generate the figures (Figure 3 to Figure 11) and Table 1 in the manuscript titled "Surface-charge-mediated intrapulse discharge-channel reorganization in a nanosecond-pulsed doubly asymmetric coaxial DBD source". The data is generated from a two-dimensional axisymmetric fluid model using COMSOL Multiphysics, capturing the internal discharge dynamics, electric field restructuring, and surface charge memory effects of a doubly asymmetric coaxial DBD source.
