This repository accompanies the manuscript "The Global Landscape of Monogenic Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research: A Decade of Discovery, Collaboration, and Translational Bottlenecks (2016–2026)" submitted to the Journal of Crohn's and Colitis. Contents:- pure_mIBD_refs.rds: Curated dataset of 1,163 monogenic IBD publications (2016–2026) retrieved from Scopus and Dimensions, including DOIs, author metadata, affiliations, and citation counts.- Four R scripts (01–04) for reproduction of all quantitative analyses: publication growth modeling, global collaboration network analysis, main path analysis (MPA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). Raw bibliographic records are not included due to commercial database licensing restrictions. The curated metadata are sufficient to reproduce all network topologies, main path trajectories, and SEM results reported in the manuscript. Tables, figures, and search strings are provided in the published manuscript and its supplementary materials. Developed on R version 4.5.2. Required packages: bibliometrix (5.2.1), igraph (2.2.2), lavaan (0.5.21), tidyverse, ggplot2, ggrepel, semPlot. Licensed under CC BY 4.0.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
