This dataset contains continental-scale raster layers representing changes in landscape patch size between 1992 and 2022. The dataset is associated with the following publication: Rivas, C. A., Palacios-Rodríguez, G., and Navarro-Cerrillo, R. M.Landscape disruption in a fragmented world: A critical global analysis.Journal of Environmental Management (2026). Each GeoTIFF raster represents the percentage change in landscape patch size between 1992 and 2022. The dataset is provided as 64-bit floating-point GeoTIFF files referenced to WGS84 (EPSG:4326). Files included: Africa_PatchSizeChange_1992_2022.tif Americas_PatchSizeChange_1992_2022.tif Antarctica_PatchSizeChange_1992_2022.tif Asia_PatchSizeChange_1992_2022.tif Europe_PatchSizeChange_1992_2022.tif Oceania_PatchSizeChange_1992_2022.tif Symbology.lyrx README.txt The exported GeoTIFF files were validated against the original raster datasets, with no differences detected between source and exported data. | popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
