
This paper proposes that electron energy and voltage are not causally related, but rather two expressions of the same quantum state. Using the quantum macro-rotation theory, we demonstrate that the numerical consistency between total electron energy and equivalent voltage V=Eq/ex arises from a deep unification between ontological measurement and relational measurement. This discovery redefines the physical meaning of the elementary charge e, and reveals the essence of electromagnetic quantities.
