
Review-stage v1.0.3 release of a probabilistic Gaia DR3 catalogue of stars with very low Galactic rest-frame speeds. This layout-only update refreshes the manuscript PDF after v1.0.2-review; the catalogue files, numerical products, selection-function products, and headline science quantities are unchanged. The release includes the 20,829-source propagated candidate pool, Tier A/B/C catalogue products, FITS and MRT tables, orbit diagnostics, online Gaia Archive source_id verification, scripts, figures, manuscript source, and documentation. The headline catalogue is Tier A+B: 517 stars with probability greater than 0.84 of having VGRF < 25 km s-1. The broader Tier A+B+C orbit-summary catalogue contains 1,835 stars. New in v1.0.3-review: the manuscript layout has been refreshed to remove an awkward page transition around the Bailer-Jones overlap and inner-Galaxy reach table block. The v1.0.2-review selection-function reproducibility update remains included: the GaiaUnlimited DR3 RVS selection-function product carries per-source parent-count diagnostics (sf_parent_count and sf_prior_dominated_n_lt10), so the low-parent-count fractions in the manuscript selection-function table are reproducible directly from the release bundle.
