QONDA KISLOTALILIGI OSHGANDA EOZINOFILLARDA HUJAYRA ICHKI KALSIY MUVOZANATI BUZILISHI VA FUNKSIONAL O'ZGARISHLAR

Abstract

Eozinofillar - allergenik va parazitar kasalliklarda asosiy rol o‘ynaydigan granulotsitar immun hujayralari hisoblanadi. So‘nggi yillarda o‘tkazilgan tadqiqotlar eozinofillar faqatgina sitotoksik effektor hujayralar emas, balki murakkab immunomodulyator va to‘qima remodelingida ishtirok etuvchi ko‘p qirrali hujayralar ekanligini ko‘rsatmoqda [2]. Ushbu ilmiy sharhda qon plazmasining kislotaliligi oshishi (asidoz) sharoitida eozinofillarda yuzaga keladigan hujayra ichki kalsiy muvozanatining buzilishi va natijada rivojlanadigan funksional o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Asidoz holati surunkali yallig‘lanish kasalliklari, nafas olish tizimi patologiyalari va metabolik buzilishlarda keng kuzatiladi. Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, pH ning pasayishi eozinofillarda TRPV1 ion kanali va boshqa kalsiyga sezgir mexanizmlar orqali kalsiy homeostazining buzilishiga olib keladi [1]. Kalsiy ionlari eozinofillar degranulyatsiyasi, apoptozi, sitokin ishlab chiqarishi va migratsiyasi kabi asosiy funksiyalarni boshqaruvchi muhim ikkinchi darajali xabarchi hisoblanadi. Ushbu sharhda asidoz sharoitida kalsiy signalizatsiyasining o‘zgarishi mexanizmlari, TRPV1 kanalining roli, mitoxondrial kalsiy tutashuvi va sarkoplazmatik retikulum kabi hujayra ichki kalsiy omborlarining disfunksiyasi batafsil yoritiladi. Shuningdek, kalsiy muvozanatining buzilishi natijasida eozinofillarning degranulyatsiya xususiyatlarining o‘zgarishi, apoptozga chidamlilikning ortishi, yallig‘lanishga qarshi sitokinlar profilining o‘zgarishi va to‘qimalarga migratsiya qobiliyatining pasayishi kabi funksional o‘zgarishlar tahlil qilinadi. Ushbu mexanizmlarni tushunish surunkali yallig‘lanish kasalliklarida yangi terapevtik strategiyalarni ishlab chiqish va eozinofillar bilan bog‘liq patologiyalarni davolashda muhim ahamiyatga ega [2].
