Dataset for Jenks et al., Functional organization of dendritic spines in mouse visual cortex layer 2/3 neurons 2026

Abstract

Data deposited prior to publication. Contains .mat files for the soma and separately imaged dendritic segments of 22 neurons from layer 2/3 of the mouse visual cortex. The code used to generate these .mat files from the raw imaging data, as well as the code used for further analysis and data visualization, is deposited at: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18552067
