The Digital Ecosystem of the RETURN project consists of two main components: RETURNLAND, representing the environmental and territorial digital layer, and the RETURNVILLEs, which represent the virtualized urban systems and communities. The territorial components used to generate RETURNLAND are derived from publicly available geospatial datasets provided by national and international data providers. Detailed information on the specific datasets and sources is provided in the paper associated with the dataset (Liso et al., under review). The bathymetric data were acquired within the framework of the MAGIC project. For the Palermo area, the data were collected and are owned by the Department of Earth and Marine Sciences of the University of Palermo, under the responsibility of Prof. Attilio Sulli. For the Gioia Tauro area, the data were collected and are owned by the Department of Earth Sciences of Sapienza University of Rome, under the responsibility of Prof. Francesco Latino Chiocci. For the Assi area (Ionian Calabrian margin), the data were collected and are owned by the National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics (OGS), under the responsibility of Dr. Silvia Ceramicola. Further details on the dataset structure and contents are provided in the README file. References: Liso, I. | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
