the article examines the scientific and pedagogical foundations for developing the professional competencies of future technology teachers through traditional folk crafts and applied decorative arts. The study highlights how the integration of a competence-based approach, innovative pedagogical technologies, and the process of artistic design contributes to the development of students’ creative potential, aesthetic thinking, and spatial imagination.
