SURUNKALI STRESS VA GIPOTALAMO-GIPOFIZAR-ADRENAL TIZIM BUZILISHLARINING ICHKI KASALLIKLARGA TA'SIRI

Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada zamonaviy tibbiyotning dolzarb muammolaridan biri — surunkali stressning gipotalamo-gipofizar-adrenal (GGA) tizimi orqali ichki kasalliklar patogeneziga ta’siri tadqiq qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida stress omili ta’sirida neyroendokrin tizimda yuzaga keladigan o‘zgarishlar, xususan, kortizol va AKTG gormonlari sutkalik ritmining buzilishi hamda ularning somatik kasalliklar bilan korrelyatsiyasi tahlil qilingan. Maqolada O‘zbekistonlik olimlar (Gadaev A.M., Ayupov A.A., Ziyayeva Sh.X.) va xalqaro tadqiqotchilar (Selye H., McEwen B.S.) tomonidan ilgari surilgan psixosomatik konsepsiyalar umumlashtirilgan. Arterial gipertenziya, 2-tur qandli diabet va oshqozon-ichak trakti kasalliklari bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda GGA tizimi faolligining oshishi kasallikning og‘ir kechishiga va an’anaviy davo usullariga nisbatan rezistentlik shakllanishiga sabab bo‘lishi isbotlangan. Olingan natijalar ichki kasalliklarni davolashda nafaqat somatik ko‘rsatkichlarni, balki bemorning psixo-emosional holati va gormonal statusini ham inobatga oluvchi kompleks yondashuv zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. Ushbu ish amaliyotchi shifokorlar, endokrinologlar va terapevtlar uchun mo‘ljallangan bo‘lib, klinik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishda nazariy va amaliy asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
