Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada huquqiy nigilizm fenomenining nazariy-huquqiy tabiati, uning paydo bo‘lishining tarixiy bosqichlari va jamiyat taraqqiyotiga salbiy ta’siri IMRAD standarti asosida tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot davomida huquqiy ong deformatsiyasining oldini olishning konseptual asoslari, huquqiy madaniyatni yuksaltirish mexanizmlari va davlat institutlariga ishonchni orttirish masalalari ilmiy manbalarga tayangan holda yoritilgan
