Abstract

This dataset captures the shifting landscape of information retrieval habits in Slovenia as of late 2025. Specifically, it investigates the migration of users from traditional search engines (e.g., Google) to AI-powered answer engines and Large Language Models (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude). Methodology: Region: Slovenia Sample Size: N = 183 respondents Collection Period: Nov 10 – Nov 19, 2025 Method: Online survey (General internet users, Tech-savvy community, University students, University Professors).
