rawCount_Z_C_Xiao_M_P_Liu_Tyser_Xiang.h5ad is Integration of 8 human embryo datasets: Xiang et al. (original dataset downloaded from GEO: GSE136447); Petropoulos et al. (original dataset downloaded from ArrayExpress: E-MTAB-3929); Molè et al. (original dataset downloaded from ArrayExpress: E-MTAB-8060); Zhou et al. (original dataset downloaded from GEO: GSE109555); Liu et al. (original dataset downloaded from GEO: sample GSM3901995-GSM3902021, GSM3902030-GSM3902031, GSM4058370-GSM4058375 from GSE133200); Tyser et al. (original dataset downloaded from ArrayExpress: E-MTAB-9388); Xiao et al. (original dataset downloaded from https://cs8.3dembryo.com/#/download); Cui et al. (original dataset downloaded from https://cs7.3dembryo.com/#/download). rawCount_Z_C_Xiao_M_P_Liu_Tyser_Xiang.filtered.h5ad adds processed_matrix of raw count gene expression and predictions from TemporalVAE. human_atlas.ckpt is the pre-trained TemporalVAE by human embryo data.
