
This dataset was gathered from King Abdullah University Hospital in jordan . It was created to be a reference for researchers in the field of brain tumor segmentation using deep learning techniques. The dataset consists of 49 Glioma (patients) divided into 45 patients as training dataset and 4 patients as testing dataset. For every patient there are two 2D MRI sequences: FLAIR and T2 and the third is labelling file. Many preprosessing techniques were applied on data such as skull stripping , Bias Field Correction to be ready to fed into deep learning algorithms.
