Abstract

This repository contains gridded data and plotting scripts for all data presented in the paper titled, "PortUrb: A Performance Portable, High-Order, Moist Atmospheric Large Eddy Simulation Model with Variable-Friction Immersed Boundaries" city_2m*_tavg.nc: 2m Manhattan data averaged in the time range of [10,100]s for different building friction values processed_ABL_convective*.nc: Data for the convective ABL runs at 1,800s intervals in the time range [2,3]hr processed_ABL_neutral_000000*.nc: Data for the neutral ABL runs at times 0hr, 8hr, and 10hr processed_city_2m_5e-2_00000100.nc: Instantaneous 2m Manhattan data at 100s processed_cubes_periodic_z0cube-*.nc: Data for periodic flow past cubes for different surface and cube friction values processed_supercell_1000m_00000*.nc: Data for the supercell test case at 1 min intervals sphere_*.nc: low and high resolution flow past a sphere data at different immersed proportion power values *.py: Plotting scripts This research used resources of the Oak Ridge Leadership Computing Facility at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, which is supported by the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy under Contract No. DE-AC05-00OR22725.
