
This Excel file provides an overview of the main scientific publishers and their self-archiving policy including the possibility of using a rights retention strategy. The file can be used as a quick overview (rule of a thumb) of the publisher's general stand of an author storing a copy of the author accepted manuscript on the institutional repository (without an embargo period and under a CC BY license).
