ASAP CRN Cloud PMDBS bulk RNAseq Collection

Abstract

We're excited to announce the v1.2.0 release of the Postmortem-derived Brain Sequencing bulk RNAseq Collection to the ASAP CRN Cloud as part of the v4.0.0 ASAP CRN Cloud Release. There are four datasets in this collection as well as a cohort datasets of bulk RNAseq samples integrated across the individual Team contriubutions. Stay Tuned!
