Dataset for "Heterogeneous field response of hierarchical polar laminates in relaxor ferroelectrics"

Abstract

Description This data set includes measurements, CND simulation, and data analysis supporting the results of the manuscript. The X-ray coherent nano-diffraction experiments were carried out at Sector 26-ID of the Advanced Photon Source and Center for Nanoscale Materials (CNM) at Argonne National Laboratory. The X-ray reciprocal space mapping (RSM) data were collected from Sector 33-ID of the Advanced Photon Source, Argonne National Laboratory.
